The Albright Hussey Manor Hotel in Shrewsbury is a firm favourite among couples getting married in Shropshire. Nick Boy Wedding Video has filmed weddings there many times over the past few years and always enjoys working there. The hotel is probably best known for its outdoor ceremonies, which take place on the beautiful front lawn. The hotel always has a wet weather contingency plan, but Nick has never filmed an indoor ceremony there yet!

The Mill Barns in Alveley, a stunning, purpose-built wedding venue, opened in the Summer of 2017. It's already proving very popular with engaged couples across Shropshire and the UK. Nick Boy Wedding Video has filmed at the Mill several times already and has many more bookings there over the next couple of years. The beautiful waterfront barn wedding venue is setting a new standard with luxury accommodation, several acres of gardens and three outdoor terraces.

We recently had the pleasure of being involved with a stylised photography shoot at Henley Hall, a new wedding venue in Ludlow, Shropshire. This venue is proving to be a really popular choice among engaged couples and we were pleased to be asked to contribute to the day with a short video. Catherine Evans Photography organised the day, bringing together many suppliers from across Shropshire.
Jade and Will married at Badger Church, Shropshire with a reception at the groom’s parent’s house. The morning started with the bridal preparations and from there Nick moved to the reception venue to meet up with the groom. With the church only 5 minutes away the groomsmen had organised some unusual transport – scooters decorated in true wedding fashion! The groomsmen raced off down the lane and Nick caught up with them at the church.
Shaun and Marylouise married at the Albright Hussey Manor Hotel near Shrewsbury in Shropshire. It was a wonderful celebration with some very special touches including one of the best wedding cakes we've seen! This is one of Nick's most visited venues and is always a great experience.
Nick's day started with the bridal preparations in the suite at the Albright Hussey. Two newborn babies had made it just in time to complete the bridal party adding to the fun!
The lovely Abi and Jo married at near Kidderminster in the West Midlands. Nick’s day started with a visit to the brides parents house where preparations were well under way. From there Nick moved to the church, calling in at the pub around the corner where the groom and his party were enjoying a little pre-match drink to calm the nerves! The chrch was beautiful, light and spacious and the ceremony was very romantic.
Farzana and James married near Bristol in October 2015. We first met this couple at the wedding of Kyra and Phil 6 months previously and so it was great to see some familiar faces again. It was a truly romantic day, with a unique, hand-crafted cake topper and some exceptional Indian food.
